1. General information

This website (etautogaleria.com) is owned by Erik Abgaryan, Tax ID Y5221844F, with registered address at Calle Sant Mateu 2 bajo 3, 46980 Paterna (Valencia, España). Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Vehicle information

All information published (price, mileage, year, equipment, photographs) is informational and indicative. Final terms of any transaction are confirmed directly with the customer before closing the sale.

3. Purchase process

Sales transactions are formalised through a written contract between the owner and the customer. They may be carried out:

• In person at the owner's physical establishment.
• Through direct contact channels (phone, WhatsApp, email), followed by an on-site visit and contract signing.

Online reservations with payment through the website are not currently available. Any availability or reservation enquiry is handled through the channels above.

4. Legal warranty

Used vehicles sold by the owner include the minimum legal warranty established in the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumer Protection Act). The warranty period for second-hand vehicles is one year from delivery.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scheduled maintenance, or damage caused by misuse or accidents after delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal (distance sales)

In the event a transaction is conducted entirely at a distance, the consumer customer would have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without justification, under article 102 of RDL 1/2007.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does notapply to (i) vehicles customised to the consumer's specifications, (ii) transactions completed at the physical establishment, (iii) perishable goods, or (iv) sealed goods unsealed after delivery.

6. Prices and payment

Published prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT or Property Transfer Tax, as applicable). They do not include registration fees, ownership transfer or municipal taxes, unless expressly stated.

7. Liability

The owner undertakes to deliver the vehicle in the described condition and with the required documentation. The owner is not liable for damages caused by misuse after delivery or for delays attributable to the administration (technical inspection, traffic authority, etc.).

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to hola@etautogaleria.com or filed in person at the owner's establishment. Official complaint forms are available to consumers on request.

In case of dispute, the parties will attempt an amicable resolution. Failing that, they shall submit to the Courts of Valencia (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

Under EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect from the moment of publication. The version in force is the one available on the site at the time of the transaction.
